By accessing or using AplMusicDownloader in any way — including browsing the Site, submitting a link for download, registering an account, or purchasing a subscription plan — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Description of the Service
AplMusicDownloader is a web-based tool that allows users to download Apple Music songs, albums, and playlists as M4A audio files for personal offline listening. The Service is accessible through a web browser on any device — no software installation is required.
The Service is offered in three tiers:
- Free Plan — 3 M4A downloads per month, individual tracks only, standard quality, no account required.
- Monthly Plan — $6 per month, unlimited M4A downloads, full playlist support, HD quality, priority processing.
- Yearly Plan — $55 per year, all Monthly Plan features at a reduced rate, equivalent to approximately $4.58 per month.

2. Eligibility
To use AplMusicDownloader, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Service, you also represent that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using it and that you will use it only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
A registered account is required to access Monthly and Yearly paid plans. When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately through our Contact page.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused the Service in any way. In cases of termination due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
4. Permitted Use
AplMusicDownloader is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Service to download Apple Music content as M4A files for your own private offline listening.
You are permitted to:
- Download songs, albums, and playlists from Apple Music as M4A files for your own personal use.
- Transfer downloaded M4A files to your own devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, Android phone, etc.) for personal playback.
- Keep downloaded M4A files for as long as you wish for personal listening.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use AplMusicDownloader in any of the following ways:
5.1 Copyright Infringement You must not use the Service to download, reproduce, or distribute music content in violation of copyright law. All music available through Apple Music is protected by copyright. Downloaded M4A files are for your personal use only — you may not sell, share publicly, upload to other platforms, broadcast, or commercially exploit any downloaded content.
5.2 Commercial Use You must not use downloaded M4A files for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: selling files, using them in commercial productions, public performances, background music for commercial premises, or any other revenue-generating activity.
5.3 Redistribution You must not redistribute, re-upload, or make available to the public any M4A files downloaded through AplMusicDownloader, whether for free or for payment.
5.4 Automated Access You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access or interact with the Service beyond what is ordinarily possible through a standard web browser.
5.5 Circumventing Limits You must not attempt to circumvent download limits, account restrictions, or any technical measures we implement to manage fair use of the Service. This includes creating multiple free accounts to bypass the 3-download monthly limit.
5.6 Harmful or Illegal Activity You must not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All Apple Music content downloaded through AplMusicDownloader remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders — artists, labels, publishers, and Apple Inc. AplMusicDownloader does not claim ownership of any music content processed through the Service.
The AplMusicDownloader website, brand, logo, interface design, and original written content are the property of AplMusicDownloader and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our explicit written permission.
7. Subscription Plans and Billing
7.1 Paid Plans
Monthly and Yearly subscription plans are billed in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method repeatedly (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
7.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid plan features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price change to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7.4 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you will lose access to paid plan features until a successful payment is made.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AplMusicDownloader is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that downloaded M4A files will be compatible with every device or media player.
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AplMusicDownloader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to downloaded files, or any legal consequences resulting from your use of downloaded M4A files.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AplMusicDownloader in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any harm that may result from visiting them. The inclusion of a link does not constitute our endorsement of the linked site.
11. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our business practices, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where AplMusicDownloader operates.
